"None dare call it Treason"... and what is our duty to respond with action?
We are well past time when enough is enough!
November 20, 2014 may go down as another
"Day that will live in Infamy",
when an outright attack on our
liberty, freedom and way of life occurred.
When a presidential or executive action is taken outside the constitutional authority delegated to that office, it is a direct violation of the oath given by the holder of that office. And there is no "end" - moral, political or humanitarian - that justifies such action.
When actions are repeated, such actions should initiate immediate removal from office and prosecution under law.
This applies especially in the case when the office holder has previously used statements contrary to such actions for his own political gain and self-aggrandizement, while hypocritically holding himself out as a scholar of Constitutional law!

If actions are seditious or treasonous, fail to support or defend the Constitution of the United States, and in fact undermine the principles it espouses and the ideals in the Declaration of Independence which are the foundation upon which our Constitutional Republic and this country - our country - was founded, then charges must be brought, and penalties and punishment applied for such "high crimes".
When such actions occur, it is the duty of the other branches of government to act against the executive who breeches his oath of office, usurps power, and acts as a law unto himself. If not, they will be complicit accessories and will have failed their oath of office.
And they will ultimately have to answer to the people and to the grantor of the rights and Republic which was created to protect those rights.
The oath of office declares ones support for and defense of the Constitution of the United States "against all enemies, foreign and domestic". How ironic that in this case the initial offender is both! And it appears to apply to many "esteemed colleagues" as congressional office holders so often refer to each other, in subdues and reverential tones.
Treason and tyranny were never so wrapped in the flag of "I am only doing this to help those who cannot help themselves".
It is also us, the American people, who need to act. We must contact all our officials - local, state and national - and demand immediate action against such individuals who take the law unto themselves, who breech their oath of office with impunity and arrogance and fail to serve or govern within the powers delegated to the office to which they have been elected or appointed.
IF WE, the American people, fail in OUR duty to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the principles of the Declaration upon which this Republic was founded, by holding accountable all elected and appointed officials, then we stand to lose the very Republic and bastion of individual freedom that has cost the lives, fortunes and sacred honor of so many of the most worthy patriots, soldiers and statesmen who have ever lived!
It is not a light thing - our responsibility to hold officers and government accountable. It is a solemn duty!! And we must "make" the time and commitment to do it.
We must strive to keep what has been given us to enjoy without any initial cost on our part other than to have been born here! Our only "cost" is the sacrifice of ongoing vigilant effort of maintaining it!! That is our "DEBT!"
This debt we owe to ourselves; to each other; to our ancestors, children and descendants; and to all who seek to live in freedom under the law.
This debt we owe to the Founding Fathers, whose pledge of "... our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." was their sacrificed in so great a cause.
Overriding all, we owe a debt to our Creator, by who we are endowed with unalienable Rights, liberty, freedom and an inspired system of government established to safeguard such Rights, which we enjoy, to act in support of those who preserve and protect and against those who are enemies of our rights and pure form of government.
The corruption, greed, tyranny, and lust for personal power by the officers and instruments of government, and those whose undue influence they embrace, must be rooted out either by personal change of those so possessed, or by replacement with men and women of the highest personal integrity, moral intent, and commitment to faithfully execute the oath of office they give in honor, bound to serve , "...so help me God".
There are peaceable means provided for this change.
But when the incumbent officers and individuals in the system lack adherence to their oath of office such that the organs of government are compromised with the effect of nullifying those peaceable means, when the people are so oppressed and their rights so unlawfully limited and circumscribed denying to them the mechanism for change, then the people are charged with the right to make such changes as will restore integrity in the government and its officers, as declared here:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness."
In its original design our Constitutional Republic, designed and implemented by our inspired Founding Fathers, protected our unalienable Rights endowed by our Creator against the sophistry of men who would attempt to corrupt our form of government or institute other forms of government that repress our Rights, and allow tyranny to reign. It limited GOVERNMENT BY BRANCH, not the people, in the use of delegate power FROM the GOVERNED, meaning WE THE PEOPLE.

As good men and women, we must be vigilant. We must be active. We must be men and women of positive action that will secure to us and our families and posterity the priceless gift of freedom and liberty.
Now is the time to take the flag from under our cloak or off the wall and wave it by our actions. Like a "Title of Liberty", it represents our freedom and liberty, our country, our wives and our children, our families and friends, our ideals and our wish for peace and joy for all mankind, free from oppression, tyranny and slavery.

So, claim foreign citizenship to get a scholarship at Occidental, then claim US citizensghip to get the Presidency. How is this not fraud and treason from a selfish self serving imposter.
How about you get fired without severance or ANY of the beneifts afforded ex-presidents, since you were never legally one in the first place. And how about we nulify every executive order and action you initiated, including repeal of oh-i-care.

Cowboy rules for Texas and the rest of the Wild West
With all of the problems this great Country has had to endure it is amazing that SHE has survived. We are being choked by illegal immigration, and we have a President that wants open borders and is doing nothing to curb the flow of illegal immigrants.
I received this e-mail recently, which I have to share, bare in mind I did not write the post, however, it shows what many Americans feel about this unchecked flow of ILLEGALS and those fools that support ‘em..
I have lived, loved, lost and loved again. Life is not easy…but it is what it is.
Texas Cowboy rules as they apply to Yankees and other foreigners:
1. Pull your pants up. You look like an idiot.
2. Turn your cap right, your head ain’t crooked.
3. Let’s get this straight: it’s called a ‘gravel road.’ I drive a pickup truck because I want to. No matter how slow you drive, you’re gonna get dust on your Lexus. Drive it or get out of the way.
4. They are cattle. That’s why they smell like cattle. They smell like money to us. Get over it. Don’t like it? I-10 & I-20 go east and west, I-35 goes north and south. Pick one and go.
5. So you have a $60,000 car. We’re impressed. We have $250,000 Combines that are driven only 3 weeks a year.
6. Most every person in the Wild West waves, It’s called being friendly. Try to understand the concept.
7. If that cell phone rings while a bunch of geese/pheasants/ducks/doves are comin’ in during a hunt, we WILL shoot it outta your hand. You better hope you don’t have it up to your ear at the time.
8. Yeah, we eat trout, salmon, bass, bream, catfish, deer, elk and rattle snake. You really want sushi and caviar? It’s available at the corner bait shop.
9. The ‘Opener’ refers to the first day of deer season. It’s a religious holiday held the closest Saturday to the first of November.
10. We open doors for WOMEN. That’s applied to all WOMEN, regardless of age.
11. No, there’s no ‘vegetarian special’ on the menu. Order steak, or you can order the Chef’s Salad and pick off the 2 pounds of ham and turkey.
12. When we fill out a table, there are three main dishes: meats, vegetables, and breads. We use three spices: salt, pepper, and ketchup! Oh, yeah…we don’t care what you folks in Cincinnati call that stuff you eat…IT AIN’T REAL CHILI!!
13. You bring ‘Coke’ into my house, it better be brown, wet and served over ice. You bring ‘Mary Jane’ into my house, she better be cute, know how to shoot, drive a truck, and have long hair.
14. College and High School Football is as important here as the Giants, the Yankees, the Mets, the Lakers and the Knicks, and a dang site more fun to watch.
15. Yeah, we have golf courses. But don’t hit the water hazards – it spooks the fish.
16. Turn down that blasted car stereo! That thumpity-thump ain’t music, anyway. We don’t want to hear it anymore than we want to see your boxers! Refer back to #1!
A true Texan will blog this and send it to a few friends that probably won’t get it, but we’re friendly so we share in hopes you can begin to understand what a real life is all about!!

OBAMA wants us to cut the amount of gasoline we use…..
The best way to stop using so much gasoline is to deport 15 million illegal immigrants!
That would be 15 million less people using our gas.
The price of gas would come down..
Bring our troops home from Afghanistan to guard the borders..
When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the Border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Afghanistan..
Tell him if he wants to come to AMERICA then he must serve a tour in OUR military.
Give him a soldier’s pay while he’s there and tax him on it.
After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country. He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal resident.
This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Afghanistan and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves.
Like I said, I did not pen this article, I will say this however, it is not to far off on how many Americans feel about the illegal immigration problem we have in this country. I embrace all of the immigrants that are here. Even more so, because they got here the right way. It is not right that the the hard work of Americans pay the way for the ones who are here illegally.

Czar's HAVE limits AND BOUNDARIES, even if not honored!!!
A Czar cannot within constitutional boundaries claim power and authority unilaterally by regulation, "executive privilege" or by assumption, even in and especially not in "emergencies".
When they act like mini-kings, or monarchs or Marxists or totalitarianists, then they immediately usurp power beyond that which they have been "DELEGATED", and immediately breach the trust of their position which should make inviolate any action taken by them or others under their direction.
Instead, they should immediately be brought up on charges against the Constitution and the Republic and "WE, the PEOPLE" that they SHOULD be SERVING!!!.
AS WELL AS the executive who appointed them - acts of an agent extent to the principle. BOTH ARE GUILTY.
